GIFT VOUCHER SPECIAL OFFER

 TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Valid from June 7th 2011)

1. This gift voucher can be exchanged for goods only at the Apollo Gallery
2. This gift voucher may be exchanged for goods of the same price as its face value, or for goods of a higher price than the face value on payment of the difference.
3. No change will be given.
4. To deface the gift vouchers in any way will render it invalid
5. Lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be exchanged or replaced.
6. Apollo Gallery is under no liability should gift vouchers be lost, stolen or damaged,.
7. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged in Banks/Building Societies or Post Office.
8. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged in part or in full for cash.
9. Gift Vouchers are valid for two years after the date of issue.

10. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable against goods held on consignment. Consignment goods are not owned by the Apollo Gallery and are sold on behalf of a third party.
